We are proud to announce that Benchmark Estimating Software is the winner of the Consensus Software Awards 2016, awards which identify the most innovative software, designed and developed in Australia and New Zealand.

The winners of the ‘World’s Most Successful Awards’ were presented by The Hon. Ed Husic MP, Member for Chifley, Shadow Spokesperson for Digital Innovation and Startups at a gala ceremony dinner on Tuesday 14th June at the Sheraton on the Park Hotel in Sydney.
In accepting the award, Rob MacDonald, founder and director of Benchmark Estimating Software said, “As an Australian owned company, we are particularly proud of being recognised by such a leading award. It was a pleasure to present to the judges what we have already developed and what plans we have to grow our business internationally.”
The Consensus Software Awards are endorsed and supported by Austrade, NZ Trade & Enterprise, the Australian Computer Society and the NZ Computer Society and judged by a panel of independent judges who chose the winners based upon the three main criteria of Innovation, Performance and Potential.
The judges were particularly impressed with “Benchmark’s innovative combination of estimation rules, process templates and data sets to create an intuitive application for estimating a wide range of different types of jobs. The flexible nature of the design allows the software to be easily adapted to a wide range of uses.”

Benchmark Estimating Software is suitable for both large corporations as well as government agencies across the globe. Suitable for all types and stages of projects, the software makes estimating and bidding processes easier, more consistent and much quicker.
It is also transferrable across many industries including asphalt, civil construction, landscaping, mining, construction, facilities management, telecommunications and water.
While Benchmark Estimating Software is currently already used by more than 3000 users in over 20 countries and has been translated into 11 different languages, the company has ambitious expansion plans.
