QA Automation Engineer

We want an experienced QA Automation Engineer to support the QA function within the Product Development team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement testing tools and shape frameworks to ensure continuous improvement in quality. You will also have the opportunity to improve product time to market that will help foster ongoing growth.

The role will work closely with the Development team and engage other professional services as required. As the QA Automation Engineer, you will develop and deliver high-quality test automation solutions to ensure that our clients have the best estimating experience using our software. You will gain exposure to many domains including utilities, telecommunications, engineering, construction and government.

  • Produce end to end test deliverables

Your skills:

  • 4+ years experience working in Australia, delivering quality test automation solutions with tools such as QTP, TestComplete, TOSCA
  • Ability to design, create and maintain test automation frameworks and test scripts.
  • Experience in testing of C# and .NET software applications
  • Experience in testing Mobile technologies, APIs and SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to understand complex mathematical concepts and apply these to automated and manual scripts
  • Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions
  • Must have experience in System testing, System Integration testing, Regression and Performance testing.
  • Exposure to Test Management and Defect management tools such as ALM, qTest and JIRA
  • Fluent in and can demonstrate the gravitas required to engage with and develop a strong relationship at all levels of management
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team or autonomously
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Willingness to adopt and embrace the company core values.

Industry Sales Manager – Technology

We are looking for a driven Sales professional looking to advance their career with this once in a lifetime opportunity to sell across all of Australia and New Zealand in the Utilities and Transport vertical.

This role leverages an already proven track record of success in the Utilities and Transport sectors with a huge market opportunity for further expansion.

We are looking for sales professionals that are performers, are competitive, outgoing and enjoy owning and working their own sales territory.  

Candidates should have a track record of sales success in owning the sales cycle from lead to close. This is a business development style role, so please only consider this position if you enjoy developing relationships, prospecting and networking with persistence. You will be responsible for developing a strategic territory plan accompanied by a generous Commission Plan.

You will have:

  • At least 2 – 5 years’ experience in software as a service (SaaS) companies or similar
  • Utilities/Transport experience is desirable but not essential
  • Proven track record of managing a sales process from lead to close
  • Demonstrated understanding of developing an account sales strategy as well as pipeline management
  • Previous formal sales training is a plus
  • Worked collaboratively with Marketing to develop sales and marketing campaigns specific to your verticals
  • Fluent in and can demonstrate the gravitas required to engage with middle-management and C-Level
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An understanding of the consultative sales approach, solution and value selling
  • Good negotiation skills, and
  • An ability to adopt and embrace the company core values.

Your Responsibilities are:

  • Be part of the Sales Team for the company
  • Develop and execute a territory and targeted account plans to deliver revenue targets
  • Develop relationships with your customers directly, as well as through channel partners where appropriate
  • Be a good example and mentor to the sales team
  • Forecast and report sales performance timely and accurately
  • Manage a sales pipeline
  • Grow, manage and track customer contact and installed base within your corporate accounts
  • Use pre-sales resources effectively, including Executive Management, Client Services and Consulting Managers to meet your sales goals, and
  • Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts when required.
