Version 6.07, released in December 08, is truly one of
Benchmark’s most powerful, exciting and functional releases to
date. Version 6.07 enhanced Benchmark’s ease of use and includes
brilliant new features such as the Calculator, the powerful
Variables
functionality and flexible, customisable reports.

We are already receiving
some outstanding
feedback from clients, including Beeby Constructions owner
Stephen Beeby who wrote, “Thanks for the new upgrade, it looks
and feels great to use. A big thanks for the change to the
Progress Claims module that we requested – it is just what we
needed. Well done again Benchmark.”
More great feedback came from JMAC Constructions Senior
Estimator, Tony Sharrock, who tells us, “The new report is
fantastic; it helps the field staff run the job more effectively
simply because it gives them the right information the way they
want it.” |

The new
Resource Factor (pictured)
to
provide you with a secondary total for Resources in your
project. For instance, if you use metre rates for a
steel Resource, but need to also determine the total
weight of the steel Resource as is used in your project,
simply establish a Resource Factor (eg. 1.5 Kg per
metre) and Benchmark will automatically calculate this
for you, saving you time and eliminating potential
errors. |
